Music email databases: available for direct purchase via Stripe (credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna).
Music promotion, press campaigns, and other services: no direct payment; acceptance and execution are subject to internal evaluation by Voix PR.
3. Pricing and Payment
Payments for digital products are made via Stripe (card, PayPal, Klarna).
Digital products are delivered manually to the email provided at purchase.
Invoices do not include VAT (flat-rate Italian VAT system).
4. Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds, cancellations, or returns are available for digital products.
Users accept delivery times as products are sent manually.
5. Usage Limitations and Licenses
Purchased databases are for personal or business use only.
Copying, reselling, or distributing without authorization is prohibited.
Violations may result in legal actions and claims for damages.
6. Liability
No limits on the number of products purchased.
Users agree to use the products in compliance with applicable laws.
7. Data Ownership
Purchased databases remain exclusive property of Voix PR.
Reselling or distribution without authorization is prohibited.
8. Non-Paid Services
For promotional or press services, acceptance is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Use without written agreement is not allowed.
9. Content and Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks) belongs to Voix PR or respective authors.
Reproduction, modification, or distribution without permission is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Voix PR does not guarantee:
Complete absence of technical errors
Continuous site availability
Consequences of improper use of digital products or databases
